We offer basic repairs and services suitable for mobile work, with our main focus on battery replacement and registration, brake repairs including pads and discs, and Secure Vehicle Against Rolling gear selector spring repairs. These are repairs we’re equipped to carry out in a mobile setting and regularly complete at customers’ homes and workplaces. We also review BMW and MINI dealership quotes.
You’ll be dealing directly with John, the owner and technician behind BMSense, who reviews your enquiries and carries out the work. John has over 25 years in the automotive industry, including more than 12 years working with BMW and MINI dealerships in the UK and Australia. He also achieved BMW Senior Technician status in the UK. Having worked in dealerships with strict repair guidelines, John follows the manufacturer’s repair instructions for work carried out to ensure correct fitment and workmanship. We prefer using genuine BMW and MINI parts supplied through dealerships. Through our dealership trade pricing, we can pass on genuine parts savings and combine these with our lower labour rate. We are confident we can beat dealership quotes. If you’ve received a dealership quote, send it through so we can review the parts and work included.
As a mobile service, there are limits to the work we can take on. Full diagnosis, pre-purchase inspections and scheduled servicing, including logbook servicing, are better suited to a workshop or dealership. We’ll review all enquiries, confirm whether we can help and advise on the best next step.
We usually arrange repair appointments on weekends. Weekday evening battery replacements may be available by arrangement. We review enquiries 7 days a week. We’ll reply as soon as we can, but please allow up to 36 hours for a response.
