We collect these details when you contact us through our online form, email, phone, text or WhatsApp, or when we carry out work on your vehicle. Please only send information relevant to your enquiry. You can cover unrelated personal details on a quote before sending it through.
How we use your details
We use your details to reply to you, check the correct parts, prepare quotes, organise appointments, carry out the agreed work and provide invoices. We may also need them for repair records, warranty enquiries and follow up questions. If we do not have the relevant information, we may be unable to provide an accurate quote or arrange the work.
Who may handle your information
Our service providers help us manage the website, messages, invoices, payments and business records. These include Wix, Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp where those services are used. We may also use software tools, including AI assistance, to help prepare correspondence and business documents.
